Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:

Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Non-returnable items include:

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
In-Store Returns
Items purchased in-store can be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange only. Please bring your receipt with you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
