Comphy Spa Neck Wrap- made from Comphy’s new unbleached cotton fabric, and filled with flax seed.

Warming Instructions: heat in microwave for 30 second increments until warm. Test temperature before placing on skin. *Do not overheat as it can cause burns to skin or interior filling*

Cooling Instructions: Place in a plastic bag in freezer for one hour
